Hip openers with Janice Tokaryk Saturday November 27 1-3pm $45+gst Janice Tokaryk will explore the fascinating area of the body we refer to as our hips. Are we tight? Open? Strong? Do we like to hold all our 'stuff' in our hips? Emotions, stress, stiffness from just sitting too much? Be ready to get into this often stubborn area from all angles. We might sweat a little, groan a little, laugh and hopefully find answers to our questions in this all-levels, fun and practical workshop. Janice has been teaching yoga in Ottawa for over 10 years and her strong dance and fitness background enhance her unique teaching style. She has a gift of making you work hard but still tap into that sense of humor. *************************************************************************************************
